Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land. For I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you. Gen. 28:15
I'm back in the land of Hungary. At the beginning of last semester if one were to ask me if I would be returning to Hungary my answer would have been, "Not possible."
As it turns out, God is bigger and more powerful than our doubts. And so, here I am again residing in Zichy-Kastély in Vajta, Hungary.
It feels so good to be back. I had many hesitations before returning, but as soon as I entered the doors and saw the body of Christ that resides here I became at complete peace.
This really is quite a special place; constantly I am around believers, and the Word, and encouragement, and exhortation. It is a privilege to have this season in my life.
As amazing as the classes, people, etc.. are, I am most excited about outreach into the village! And I have some exciting news! Two mornings ago I prayed specifically for a ministry in the village and not ten minutes later our chef, Imré (who is very involved with they gypsies and happenings of Vajta) found me to tell me this: There is a 24 year old girl who has a troubled life that wants to learn English to expand her opportunities in life and would I mind taking her and teaching her?
Um, YES! So I am very excited for this opportunity and could use much prayer for it. I want to effeciently teach her, but more importantly build a relationship and share the Gospel.
So please, friends, pray your little (well, big!) hearts out for these things<3
Updates to come!
